Working together
Ways to work together
A single practitioner, engaged directly. What is offered today is the consulting: a consultation to think a problem through, or a defined piece of research delivered as a document. Fees are fixed, agreed before any work begins, and arranged by invoice — nothing is charged online. The membership and training tiers below are a direction the practice may take, shown so you can see where this is going; they are marked Planned and are not for sale. How an engagement runs — scope, assessment, written proposal — is set out on the Engage page.
Engagements by arrangement. Work is scoped in a free first conversation, then agreed and invoiced individually — the buttons below open an enquiry. Nothing is charged online. Tiers marked Planned are a possible future direction, not an offer.
Consulting
Paid consultation
PopularA focused session on a specific question — a regulatory position, an investigation scope, a cross-border wrinkle. The fee is credited against any project that follows.
Arranged by invoice / bank transfer after scoping. Fee credited to a subsequent engagement.
Regulatory health check
A proportionate review of where a specific control, policy, or exposure sits against the current EU / UK / Swiss framework, with a short written output.
Fixed fee agreed up front. Arranged by invoice / bank transfer.
Investigation briefing
A structured briefing on a live or anticipated matter — the sources to gather, the sequence, the accountability chain — before anyone touches the evidence.
Fixed fee. Arranged by invoice / bank transfer.
Bespoke research project
A defined piece of investigative or regulatory research delivered as a findings memo, entity-and-timeline map, or regulator-ready dossier.
Staged fixed fee (typically 50/50). Arranged by invoice / bank transfer.
